Behind The Scenes

Round 2! After our success with Greenham Women, the original team, aside from two, decided to regroup for the next stop-motion film. Although this year I decided to go back to primarily work on a 2D film to learn more about that type of filmmaking, I still freelanced with the team as I really enjoyed my experience with stop-motion.

For this term we had to pitch our own ideas, Leigh Cleverly (who worked on the puppets on Greenham) pitched the idea of sentient organs unable to get along with one another. So instead of working with armatures and puppets, we would focus this project more on face movement, teaching us about lip sync. As well as being able to do stop-motion animation and set-building again, I was chosen to be a voice actor for the stomach after a test script reading in the sound booth.
